From this book，I have known CO2 emission is a significant problem which leads global warming. As I know，NewYork State doesn't have relevant law about car emission. But in California，My friends told me that DMV checks car emission very strictly. China also has emission tax to charger more money from larger emission cars. Its a good idea to warn people to take care of the environment.
