Somewhere over the rainbow
When Rosie finally woke up, she says that she dreamed of The Wizard Of Oz. This was because, the nurse was singing "somewhere over the rainbow" to her while she was unconscious. The nurse felt sorry for her but, Rosie was uninterested and wanted to change the subject quickly. Rosie didnt remember this till years later.
