I think Rosie reacted the way she did because, even thought sometimes we don't like a behavior on someone, we end up doing the same thing anyways. Just like her tia said she reacted the way she did because that is what shes been taught. One knows is wrong but I believe she connects that type of behavior with a punch or slap.
