I think the song "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" from Wizard of Oz made Rosie feel comfort when she was in pain. That song brought her hope and happy moments at this critical time. When Rosie awaken, she told the nurse about her dream that she was Dorothy from Wizard of Oz. This symbolize that song was escape from her pain and it replace with her happy moments.
